Context:

Dt civ. (rég. oblig) - name of university course... not sure what this stands for??

Keywords:

relevé de notes /// obviously though Dt civ. stands for Droit civil, it's what's in parentheses that I can't figure out

Perhaps "rég. oblig." stands for "rΘgistration obiligatoire," but I certainly don't know for sure.
