I have not been able to find evidence of "vitrectomo" in medical literature. Please take a look at the link where surgeons only speak of: vitrectomy system, cannula system...

It's the same in English. If you check on google, you'll see that it is a piece of surgical equipment used in vitrectomies, which are surgical procedures in which part or all of the vitreous humour of an eye is removed.
