...par rapport à la marge anale, avec légère fragilité au contact de l'endoscope sans mucorrhée, la muqueuse d'amont vue sur # cm ayant un aspect en fond d'oeil // Ok, normally in a medical context, "fon d'oeil" means "fundus of the eye", but is that really still the case here though?
