Pretpostavljam da je u Vasem slucaju bilo rijec o braku ex-yu drzavljana sklopljenim pred Vojnom misjiom SFRJ u Zapadnom Berlinu, u kojem - zbog medjunarodnog posebnog statusa grada-zemlje odnosno protektorata- drzave nisu imale klasicne ambasade, nego nizi status zastupnistva, koje se u datom slucaju zvalo Vojna Misija (U Bonnu i Istocnom Berlinu su to bile ambasade).
