this is an item on a bill for orthodontal services, from a Swiss "cabinet orthodontique"

Keywords:

"hygiène buccale" means "dental hygiene", but what does the "incluse" add to this? TIA

Bucca in Latin (Italian bocca, French bouche) means mouth (German Mund).
