My comment:

terrain is ground - in Greek basis.

"hypovEntilation" is a chimaeric word from Greek hypo and Latin Ventilatio, ventuS=wind. In Latin hypo- sounds sub: subventIlatio, BUT IS HAS BEEN STABILIZED SO EVEN FALSELY.
