If you are talking about a method of making beer, antigos will work well. If you are talking about a "method", the word will be necessarily "antigo". If you are talking generally about a concept in the sense of "traditional" in a more colloquial context, please consider to use "mais velhos". Sorry I don't mean to confuse you, it is just the cultural complexity of the Portuguese language usage.
