Brenda Galván (a guest user) asked this question:

Language pair:

Spanish > English

Subject:

Law / Certificates

Level of diffculty:

Easy / medium

Word or term in question:

COPIA LITERAL

Context:

ES PRIMERA COPIA LITERAL de su matriz con la que concuerda obrante en mi protocolo general

Keywords:

corriente de instrumentos públicos bajo el número al principio indicado", I don't know if for ''primera copia literal'' I'd have to use ''first verbatim copy'', ''first literal copy" or "first certified true copy" as I've gone to other forums and I end up even more confused. Well, I am throwing my first try and you let me know if I'm on the right path: "IT IS THE FIRST CERTIFIED TRUE COPY of its original, which appears in my current general record of public instruments under the number indicated at the beginning"

first certified true copy

My comment:

Opcionalmente puedes usar literal, pero no verbatim que se aplica a situaciones orales.
