I know what this means but is there a standard way to say this in U.S. English? "free from any occupancy" sounds a bit too translated. thx

or even "free from occupancy" possibly "currently free from occupancy" would be better

It you google it , Ms. White, you will find that the expressions "completely unoccupied" and "partially occupied" are quite common in this area.
