Apoyo la primera respuesta con la solución all-wise. También puedes utilizar supreme intelligence.

My comment:

This entity is super(or supra)human so you need to stress that it's more than just an intellect...

intellect

My comment:

It doesn´t refer to subconscious, but to the power of understanding rationally, unique to humans. In other words, the ability of a human mind to evaluate what is true or real.
It is true that the original phrase might convey some kind of mystic, but within the boundaries of rationality.

My comment:

the intellect is a specific capacity of the mind... but as I understand it, not the mind itself.

A part of our mind that we are not conscious of, yet which records every experience faithfully.

If I were in your place doing this translation, I would also consider the Eastern concept of "Akashic Records", which, in its most simplistic sense, is believed to be a universal "data bank" of all acts and events that ever occurred. Just an additional idea for you to consider.
