My comment:

medical stuff doesn't comment on whether people's bodies are well built....that is an aesthetic consideration....

Male patient without any physical abnormality....I would leave out the symmetrical as it is included in without physical abnormality....normal.

One cannot be literal here or just use a dictionary. What would a doctor say in English? That is the point. Doctors are not in the habit of commenting on patient's bodies in any way other than to say something as I suggested above....
