Marriage between muslims is organized by the Koran and the Charia, which is the Islamic Law. the "acte charien de mariage" could be translated "Charia Marriage Certificate" or only "Marriage Deed".

Yes, Claude, but in English, we say: x under y law. Under French law, but with Sharia, the tern is Sharia Law, not sharian law, even if in the dictionary.
