Context:

aoratique-this is from same medical report. there is a clear increase/extension of coeliac nodes, and these. these have increased from the previous examination carried out a year before. Thank you.

I feel there is something expected after "lombo", perhaps "sacral".. We need a bit more context here. Thanks.

Well, to offer what I would put in for the complete phrase: "below the mediastinum posteriorly and by the aorta in the lumbar region." (There is a chain of nodes all alongside the aorta. The lymphatic system tends to run along with the vasculature.)
