Word or term in question:

in via ulteriormente preliminare

Context:

Same court case-under Conclusions: In via preliminaria-preliminary rulings; then in via ulteriormente preliminare; nel merito-in respect of; in via subordinata-subordinately/alternatively? and finally in via riconvenzionale-counterclaim. Correct? I would like to check them as I am unsure, please. Hope it is the last one, thanks
