My comment:

The word "debrum" means "edge" or "hem" but if this is referring to the spine, I would suspect that there is a slight ("ligeiro") protrusion of the intervertebral disc. Alternatively, there could be a small posterior osteophyte. A bit more context would be helpful, especially in regard to the anatomy.
