N.B. It is possible that "OPERADO" is a seal added within the seal saying "Registro Nacional de las Personas. RENAP. Departamento de documentos notariales.".

It is also possible that "OPERADO" is a red seal added within a black seal, but you don't see it because you only got a black photocopy/pdf file.

It does not change the meaning of "OPERADO", though. But since it's in capital letters and the rest is in normal characters, I suspect this is a second seal.

So it could be a polyvalent seal, applied to whatever task has been completed.

Hence my suggestion of a more general translation than just "registered" - and of a higher linguistic level, proper to administrations, than just "DONE".

"COMPLETED" is closer to the source term.

"REGISTERED" is a guess, an interpretation, without any guarantee that this is what it means.

And in LEGAL texts, the translator cannot afford to just guess.

The "Operador" completes all sorts of tasks, as described in the linked document, so...

And, as per duckduckgo images, this is a very common seal: "COMPLETED"...

They will know, internally, what it means, but it is not up to us to guess.

Under the official Marriage Certifications Manual from Guatemala, any Certificate needs to be entered into the system by an Official "OPERADOR REGISTRAL" (REGISTRY OPERATOR). And the action of registering the information in their system and producing the corresponding document for the interested party is REGISTERING and making official said information and record. See the attached manual, and I hope this helps.
