— Es imposible, además, el que me secuestró no fue Erik, si no su hermano — le dolía la garganta al hablar, pero, en general, se encontraba mejor.

I was thinking of "you're a part of it, too," or "you stand out in it, too". Something better?

However, I would just trust your first rendition and go with "you're a part of it too". It will do very nicely. The speaker is just telling her that she is part of Erik's prophecy.
