Solidarity contribution for autonomy
welfare taxes to help disabled people
My comment:
There are 2 problems for the translation.
1 If you ask French people to give the meaning of the acronym CSA, they will immediately answer Conseil Supérieur de l'Audiovisuel and not "contribution de solidarité pour l'autonomie" (the full phrase is contribution additionnelle de ...) that's why Casa is preferable.
2 is there a British ( American?) equivalent of this welfare tax?
So I think it-s better to leave the French phrase as it is and put the explanation in English in brackets.
PS: En français il y a une différence entre sigle et acronyme: un sigle ne comporte que des initiales (ONU par exemple) alors qu'un acronyme peut comporter plusieurs lettres d'un même mot ( comme COVID = COrona VIrus Disease)

My comment:
The Solidarity Autonomy Contribution (CSA) is a 0.3% contribution to the employer,'s contribution to the National Solidarity Fund for Autonomy (CNSA) to finance actions to empower the elderly or disabled.17 Apr 2019
The Solidarity Contribution for Autonomy (CSA) is a social contribution in France instituted on 30 June 2004,which helps to finance the National Solidarity Fund for Autonomy. Its creation has led to an increase in the ceiling of the annual legal working time, as part of the day of solidarity with the elderly.

CSA (contribution that funds initiatives promoting the independence of senior citizens)
My comment:
We'd usually say "independence" rather than "autonomy" when referring to the elderly, and it's not really necessary to translate the "solidarité" part.

The solidarity contribution for autonomy
My comment:
From [date] we will deduct the general social contribution (taxable and non-taxable part), the solidarity contribution for autonomy and the contribution for the reimbursement of the social debt on your retirement due to your tax situation.
