NR “no refills”

My comment:

NR is a general prescription term for “no refills” or “not repeated”, ie the patient needs to see
the doctor again before the prescription is repeated. Sorry, not sure about #360 - maximum pills per month?

My references:

I used to be a medical secretary.

Since "servi" sometimes means "used" or "utilized".
