My comment:
Habaita Be-vitachon;
Habaita bizhirut.
One needs to know the context in order to decide if it is "Bizhirut" or "Bevitachon"
If you can not read the Hebrew fonts, write to me and I will send you the words in a pdf format.

None of your versions - and I am unsure why your transliterated ones are the INVERSE of the ones written in Hebrew - is at all idiomatic. In fact, habaita bizhirut is just utterly bizarre and not remotely idiomatic Hebrew. In any case, bizhirut = carefully, which is not what was required.

[le-hagiah] ha'baita be-shalom
My comment:
in hebrew you would reqire a verb. as a matter of fact, if you ARE safely at home, it would be: [lihiot] ba-bayit be-vitahon, or "mougan ba-baiyt" and NOT what i wrote above

Higa'nu ha-bayta be-shalom is spot on. I am not sure why you have to qualify it with the additional irrelevant comments: Safely home MEANS arriving safely home, which is correctly translated by you as le-hagi'a ha-bayta be-shalom.
