A mí me gusta más así, pero es cierto que en España se le llama también call center, centro de atención al cliente, ....

We do use Call Centre in Spanish. Though Centro de Llamadas is ok (as well):

"Centro de atención al cliente" is equivalent to "Customer service" in English. A "centro de llamadas" may have many funcitions, while a "centro de atención al cliente" is basically aimed at bringing aftersales help to customers.

My comment:

Massive call receipt and attendance center aimed at providing some kind of service to users (e.g. sales, aftersales, support, etc). It can be managed by a third party or directly by the company.
