Either "el chivo" or "el chivo Billy". Billy goat means a male goat. "carnero" is a ram,' a male sheep.

Stay away from the suggestion "cabrón" totally. In Mexico this is a very ugly "bad word". No use la palabra "cabrón" por nada en el mundo. En México, es una grosería bien fea.
