My comment:

dans le contexte indiqué (Business / Marketing / Financial) joint venture reste joint venture en français. on y a recours (si c'est un projet, une stratégie), on s'y joint ou on s'y associe (s'il s'agit d'un joint venture identifié). Y entrer dénote un langage plutôt commun (langage de la rue).
