Is there any kind of official (or unofficial) equivalent for this in English? I've searched and still have not come up with one. There doesn't seem to be anything here: http://www.defense.gouv.fr/sga_uk.

This is how I would translate it literally, of course, but maybe you should keep it in the original French since it's the proper and offical name of a publication.
