This is what immediately springs to my mind, since "gardenisation" doesn't exist in English but it clearly means "turning into a garden", which is "landscaping" in English.

My comment:

"Surrounded by vegetation and gardens".
La palabra "jardinización" no existe de esa forma, y aunque puede formarse a partir de "jardín" y el sufijo "-ción", el significado que adquiriría de ese modo no es aplicable a esta frase.
"Jardinización" sería en todo caso la conversión de una zona en jardines.
¿Esta frase castellana es original o una traducción? Porque suena muy raro.
