Movement of looted artwork around France, in this case for storage at the Louvre. Do you think it just means something like "daily logbook"? When I searched the term, I could only find it in French. Since the term appears in quotes in the original text, do you think I should leave it in French? Thanks

I would say notebook of the dayas this is like a diary whee the person has written something.
logbook is more kivre de bird, Logbook is used in shipping .
