Keywords:

It's included on an academic transcript (an Argentinean University). Is it a scheduled date for the handing out of diplomas/degrees or am I on the wrong path? Thank you.

Colación is a sub-heading in my dictionary especially for Argentina. Said to mean "graduation ceremony". (I suppose they had a nice meal afterwards!)
