[which adjoins] the vendors fractional share on...[the other property]
My comment:
In law we normally use "...adjoin, adjoining..."
Fractional share is also more accurate as owning a fraction suggests that the ownership is held in condominium (civil law concept of indivisible ownership).

with the sellers' fractional share of it [of the overall property]
My comment:
They are describing some property within which there is another property, that is being sold by sellers.
Only we don't know what the larger property is.
SO there is a PROPERTY, and fractional ownership by condominium owners. Each condo owner has a fractional share of the larger property.
This is not plot, it's just a percentage of a property owned by the sellers that is within a larger property that has some other characteristic which we cannot see.....
by the way: lindar, is to be bounded by [some property] on a given side and bounded by some other property on some other side.
To be bounded by.
So, [not in the information given]:
[Some property] with the following area and boundaries or [some property measuring the following and bounded by: [...] the sellers' fractional share

Brenda, in Spain, condo doesn't necessarily mean an apartment. It can have the structure of a condominium with fractional ownership of the whole property and within it, direct ownership of, say, a house but not the underlying land. It's very complex but by condo I mean condominium not an apartment.

This is one way to put it.
Good luck.

[which adjoins] the vendors' plot [to the East]
My comment:
fracción here means the plot of land belonging to the vendor. The property in question adjoins various other pieces of land: the Avenue to the North etc., the vendors' plot to the East...
PONIENTE yy.m is the presice section of the plot that adjoins the vendors'.

Correction: PONIENTE is to the West. The WESTERN section of the plot of land adjoins the vendors' land.
